A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established residential property team of a longstanding law firm in Mansfield. My client, a local and growing law firm with an excellent reputation in the Mansfield market, seeks an experienced residential conveyancer to join their friendly and collegiate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join and lead a team of four property specialists. You will be the most senior member of the team, with staff looking to you for guidance. The role would suit someone who is looking for the next step in their career - someone looking to take on a more supervisory role but to continue to fee earn at the same time. To be considered, you will be experienced in handling a caseload of matters that ranges from sales & purchases (leasehold & freehold), remortgages, new build, right to buy, leases etc. This is a traditional law firm that follows traditional conveyancing processes so you will be expected to deal with matters from start to finish. Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. Those qualified through experience will also be considered.
