Bartender - Experience/Skills: · Working knowledge in hospitality beneficial · Previous experience in a similar Bartender role preferred · Use of System Micros an advantage · Excellent Customer Service Skills, team player · Observant, attentive, efficient · Good communication skills, multitasking ability Bartender - Role: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and lounge: dispensing drinks; preparing tea and coffee; taking charge of afternoon teas and Spa Day light lunches; Bar food orders, Bar tab management, beer line cleanliness; room charges and cashing up. You will work in a mixture of shifts from 11am till bar closes; assist restaurant shifts and cover the banqueting bar, if required.
