Job Description
We are looking for a Bar Back to come and be part of the incredible team at one of the most contemporary and fashionable cocktail bars and restaurants that Canary Wharf has to offer. As Bar Back you will prepare and serve drinks including beautiful cocktails, beers and wines, amazing coffee and delicious juices and shakes to our customers. You will be part of a large, fun and sociable team and assist with the preparation of all items on the drinks menu. You will support the Bartenders with the prep and organisation of all drinks, garnishes and glassware. Requirements You must have experience as a Bar Back preparing cocktails within a premium and/or high volume environment, ideally a busy, quality led restaurant, bar or pub. You'll also have excellent communication skills and immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
