Overview
Vice President for PCR and Molecular Diagnostic Assays - Cambridge A new spinout company, based in Cambridge, is looking for a senior PCR & Molecular Diagnostic Assays Scientist to join them in a Vice President position. You will have a responsibility to lead the PCR assay development methodologies direction of the company, due to this you will need to have worked in a senior scientific position while leading the PCR assay development. As a new spinout company, you will work hands on while building up a team of scientists, so recent PCR assay development knowledge is essential. A lot of your work will be focused on Medical Devices, so knowledge of ISO 13485 products would be highly advantageous, but not essential. It is expected that you would hold a PhD in a relevant subject and years of industry experience. As the company is a spin-out business you will have access to benefits of a larger organisation while having the freedom of the smaller company.
