Job Description
Scope Personnel are happy to be recruiting on behalf of our busy client based in the Gloucester area for a Service Advisor. Applicants must be enthusiastic, reliable and hard working. The successful applicant's main duties and responsibilities will be as follows: * You will have to provide high levels of customer service on the reception desk, ensuring there is good communication between technicians and customers to ensure vehicles are ready on time and to the agreed standard. * To ensure efficient planning and booking of vehicles in to the workshop for services and repair work that meets the customer needs and our workload capacity. * To liaise closely with the workshop controller and shift supervisors to ensure jobs are completed as the customer required and to keep customers informed about the progress or any delays on their vehicles. * To carry out duties in an efficient and courteous manner and ensure all queries are dealt with promptly. * To maintain a good customer relationship at all times. The basic salary on this role is £24,000 dependent on experience.
