By using NLP and Machine Learning they’re gathering data from all over the interview to allow investors, insurance companies and more to advance their decision making process. After augmenting their Machine Learning team they require a Senior Data Engineer to help with developing complex ETL pipelines, and cloud integration. The Senior Data Engineer will join a global team of 30 data scientists with multiple open headcount now. About The Senior Data Engineer: As a Senior Data Engineer at this Fintech you will utilise big data technologies to help scale and grow the data streaming platform. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Data Engineer: Develop complex real time streaming ETL pipelines Develop data-flow frameworks with Hadoop Scale large scale Hadoop systems Help develop a sophisticated data warehouse infrastructure for ad hoc querying About The Ideal Senior Data Engineer My fintech client is looking for a senior data engineer with 4 experience in a start-up environment who can wear many hats. Wide is sometimes better than deep in this position Essential Skills and Competencies of The Senior Data Engineer : 2 years’ using Spark for live data streaming (ETL) Develop data-flow frameworks with Hadoop Ideally you will have experience with Python and have had experience working with machine learning engineers in the past Extensive experience using SQL The Senior Data Engineer receives a highly competitive salary paying from £80,000 to £140,000 depending on experience and excellent company benefits.
