Overview
Cobalt Recruitment are working with a NHS Trust in London who are seeking an interim Supervisor, paying between £25-28 per hour LTD rate (inside IR35, via umbrella company) depending on experience. The successful candidate will play a proactive part within the Estates team delivering a safe and cost effective service, compliant with legislation and best practise. You will have/be: Experience in mechanical and electrical building services within a healthcare environment. The ability to lead a team comprising of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance colleagues. Demonstrable experience of working within a maintenance enviroment. Trained to Authorised Person duties (desired). Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services. Good written and communication skills.
