£17.20 p/h Paid Breaks – Band 6 Equivalent | 36 Hour Contract - Nights | RGN or RMN Considered | Large Nursing Home – Good CQC A leading nursing home in the Bridgnorth area is currently looking to recruit an RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join their night nursing team. The fully CQC compliant home provides elderly, dementia and disability care in a modern setting and already has a great team in place. Details of the Night Nurse vacancy and what the home is offering: A permanent contracts of 36 hours per week, working flexible night shifts Competitive pay rates of £17.20 per hour plus paid breaks, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates A thorough induction and ongoing learning and development opportunities In this role, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care. What we are looking for in a Nurse: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN Ideally you will have experience in a UK nursing home or long-term adult care setting Able to undertake all aspects of care management and medication administration required to a high standard Good communication and interpersonal skills To apply for this post, or for further details, please follow the link below.
