Overview
Night Care Assistant A lovely role for a Night Care Assistant has become available for a lovely care home in North West London, with easy access and good transport links. Your role is to assist and support the residents with their nightly needs. The role is for 42 hours per week with shifts running 8pm to 8am. As a night carer you will be required to: To support residents in all activities of nightly living, which are specified in their care plan and or are required in order to maximize wellbeing (physical, emotional, social etc.). These include personal care, food and drink, administering medication, accessing health care and recreational activities. Engaging with residents and other stakeholders in a way that reflects their preferences, abilities as well as taking into account any impairment. This will be done in a way that will nurture their sense of self.
