Here at Hoop Social Care we are currently looking for experienced and compassionate Agency Support Workers and Care Assistants, who specialise in supporting vulnerable adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We have several new opportunities within the Swansea area, for Agency Support Workers who can work flexibly within established care organisations. We are working alongside a vast variety of services, who offer residential and therapeutic care services to adults with complex needs. The individuals you will be supporting, include those with mental health needs, learning disabilities, physical impairments and behaviours that challenge. You will be based working within a range of care settings, providing therapeutic and residential support. As an Agency Support Worker, your focus is to promote independence, as well as encourage the development of social and communication skills. behaviours that challenge.
