Overview
My Client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for their residential learning disabilities and complex needs service in Manor Park, East London. The service specialises in caring for those with a learning disability and Autism who also present with challenging behaviour The service requires strong leadership and support and ideally applicants will have experience of turnaround projects within services. A proven track record with GOOD/Outstanding CQC reports is also required for this post To apply you will need Experience managing people with Autism and learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex need Proven track record in supporting people from placement breakdowns and transition Strong experience of managing and leading a large team in delivering results, sound knowledge of supporting people with behaviours that challenge and working in a Person Centred way Experience in managing large support packages for complex needs Turnaround experience is also essential for this post and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the credentials to move the service forward This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89897737
