Grade 2 Rate of Pay: Basic Hourly Rate:£9.00 per hour Enhanced Hourly Rate:£10.00 per hour (Conditions apply) Extra Shifts:£12.75 per hour Incentives: Staff of the month - £350 (Conditions apply) Staff of the year - Holiday for 2 with spending money (Conditions apply) No care experience is required but we are looking for candidates with a stable employment record.
