Residential Support Workers required to work with Dementia sufferer's Essex and Suffolk Borders Your new company We are working with a number of residential homes who provide care for Older People suffering from Dementia Your new role You will be working in homes which offer a safe and caring environment for Older Adults who have Dementia. This could be from the early stages of the disorder to the those who have progressive Dementia. What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have either previous experience or training in working with Dementia sufferer's. You will be a patient, caring individual and be aware of the challenges faced by Dementia sufferers and their families.
