This is a great opportunity for a Approved Mental Health Professional to join the. Community Mental Health Team. This is a locum Social Work position based in Central London. This role is looking for an AMHP to join the new team in Central London, contributing effectively within the service to ensure that all service users are receiving the best outcome of care. Your responsibilities as an AMHP Carry out Care Act assessments Enforcing plans are being put in place for the benefit of the service users Working to Section 117 plans Completing Mental Capacity Assessments Working the AMHP rota Taking the assessments to panel for another team to then carry out the care plan Attending weekly meetings Requirements of an Approved Mental Health Professional Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent Current registration with Social Work England 2 years post qualifying UK experience Why should you choose Charles Hunter Associates?
