Overview
One of my Social Work Clients is currently looking for a Qualified Approved Mental Health Practitioner to join their Emergency Duty Team. This Social Work role is based in North West London. The desired Social Worker will have excellent knowledge of the legal requirements associated with, the Mental Health Act, Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding (DoLS). Great Transport Links Responsibility of the Social Worker: Work to a high standard of care in a high pressure environment. Carry out DoLS assessments. Work as part of an MDT. Work under the Safeguarding Act by ensuring decisions are made for the best interest for the service users. Carry out Mental Capacity assessments. Carry out assessments under the Care Act (2014) Facilitate service user choice and empowerment. You must have: Social Work England Registration. A clear, enhanced DBS background check. At least three years of post-qualification experience.
