Overview
Aurora Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable IFA who are seeking a morally driven and child focused Supervising Social Worker to join their Not For Profit agency The ideal candidate will be looking for 22.5 hours and prefer autonomous working as this role is primarily home based We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who take a flexible approach to working, have proven fostering experience (demonstrating significant experience of working within Children’s Services) and are looking to be part of an organisation that understands the value of their staff and commit to keeping children safe and ensuring they are living in happy, stable foster families who promote high aspirations. Responsibilities Supervision of pool of foster carers Form assessments and panel presentation Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects Participation in all aspects of the organisation including supporting, training and recruiting for foster carers.
