Supervising Social Worker - Small IFA / Small Caseloads

My Client is a Small Independent Fostering Agency with genuine focus to make a real difference to children and young people's lives. They are currently looking for a motivated Supervising Social Worker to join their small team of 5 social workers in Bury. Successful candidates will benefit from a less stressful work load as you will be responsible for a low caseload of up to 8, giving you the chance to focus on the quality of the services given. Also you will benefit from less commute time as the families are based within 1 hour max from the office They are also providing a unique opportunity for candidates who are interested in specialising in Mother and Baby Foster Placements as they will receive PAMS training. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Undertaking initial visits Supervising & Supporting allocated caseloads of foster carers (no more than 8) - based around Bury. Skills and experience HCPC registered Degree in Social Work Previous Fostering Experience Full driving licence Eligible to work in the U.K
