Supervising Social Worker - Small IFA / Small Caseloads

My Client is a Small Independent Fostering Agency with genuine focus to make a real difference to children and young people's lives. They are currently looking for a motivated Supervising Social Worker to join their small team of 5 social workers in Bury. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will responsible for supervising, supporting and training foster carers. You will be part of a small team of 5 Supervising Social workers and managing a small caseload of no more than 8 families. Successful candidates will benefit from a less stressful work load due to the small caseload, giving you the chance to focus on the quality of the services given. Also you will benefit from less commute time as the families are based in commutable distance around the office area. They are also providing a unique opportunity for candidates who are interested in specialising in Mother and Baby Foster Placements as they will receive PAMS training.
