This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a prestigious business in Brentwood. Your new company I am currently working with my very prestigious client on an exclusive basis to recruit an Office Manager to join them on their new venture as soon as possible. Your new role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Office Manager to really make this their own. Reporting into the Group Finance Director and Group Managing Director you will be responsible for: Taking full control of the companies admin and implementing processes to streamline Managing the office facilities and arranging any maintenance required Confirming deposit, confirmations and payments from customers HR duties such as approving holiday, tracking absence and booking in appraisals Helping with the IT systems - contacting the right people to fix issues Managing staff expenses Petty cash Full recruitment process of your own team What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will: Already been a successful Office Manager in previous positions Have experience with some finance What you'll get in return In return you receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 as well as the opportunity to develop this position into your own.
