Temporary Clinical Lead Ref: LDS/1192 £30,958 per annum 37.5 hours per week Oxfield Court Nursing Services - Huddersfield An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead to join our Nursing services in Dalton, Huddersfield which supports clients with learning disabilities and associated conditions, plus some behaviours which could be considered to be challenging. This is the perfect opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take the next step in their career and experience the work of a Clinical Lead. As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in the effective management of all aspects of the service. You will be responsible for clinical leadership for a team of Nurses and Support Workers. You may also be required to supervise Student Nurses during their placements, ensuring clinical skills are kept up to date. You must be RNLD qualified (or equivalent) and be willing to undertake any mandatory training courses as required. You must also have some supervisory experience. You will be required to work five days a week, covering each week on a rotational basis including earlies, lates and weekends, plus some nights when cover is required.
