Job Title Deputy Home Manager - £39,900pa Town Sheffield Salary c £40,000 Sector Elderly Frail/Dementia expanding private provider seeking experienced nurse to undertake deputy manager role Bright Selection are delighted to represent an expanding provider in their appointment of a Deputy Manager for a good rated nursing home in the Sheffield area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well ran and positive care and nursing home setting where you will benefit from leadership from a highly skilled and experienced manager. You will be working alongside a well-established nursing team as well as overseeing a number of Unit Managers. The role will be split 50/50 between nursing and managerial duties. Requirements: Nurse qualified with current NMC PIN Experience in older people and dementia care within a care home provision Demonstrable leadership experience Strong clinical skills Experience in working in a private care setting Responsibilities: Clinical Governance Managing the home when the manager is absent Ensuring that care levels are appropriate Salary up to £40K.
