Deputy Benefits ·Up to £40k annual salary ·NMC annual payment ·Generous annual leave allowance ·Monday to Friday ·Day shifts ·Enhanced DBS cost covered ·Uniform cost covered ·Continuous training You will be closely supporting the Registered Home Manager, the Deputy Home Managers are responsible for promoting, managing and co-ordinating care plans, and you’ll play a pivotal role in team leadership. Part of this role will be to support in devising rotas, oversee training and conducting supervisions, you will be a key part delivering a wonderful service to our residents. Together with elderly care provision, a skilled care team are experienced in looking after people with dementia and mental health conditions. Deputy Responsibilities - Assume full responsibility for the day to day running of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager - Manage a team or nurses, care workers, ancillary staff etc. ensuring best practice is carried out - Review the care needs of residents in accordance with best practice standards and contractual requirements - Ensure the service provided meets the CQC quality compliance and other regulatory standards - Monitor and ensure that the health and safety and infection control standards in relation to the premises and equipment are maintained Experience Required: ·An active NMC pin ·RGN/RGM/RGLD Degree qualification ·Experience supporting a registered manager ·Good Literacy and Numeracy skills with excellent communication skills.
