Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Customer Service Manager for a growing business in the Wetherby area. You will have previous experience managing staff in a busy Customer Service position and have proven previous experience of managing the team to drive customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Some of the key duties will include; Implement and drive a customer centric and business friendly administration process Manage, coach and develop team members to ensure that a customer service culture is generated in line with the company values Embed a clear and measurable process to enable the effective delivery of customer service Be a point of escalation for customer complaints and take ownership of their resolution Face to face customer meetings to establish relationships, best practice and continuous improvement Communicate and collaborate with other key members of the business to drive process and cost improvements To apply for this position please contact David Febrero on or send your CV to
