Your new role As a Customer Service Manager you will be a trusted adviser to manage the relationship between the customers and the company. You will lead the customer experience by working in collaboration with the team. You will set and monitor KPI's, motivate and coach team members to reach their potential. You will conduct service evaluations to ensure customers are satisfied with service and to identify opportunities to improve. You will have sound product expertise and customer insight to unlock more value for their customers, creating a virtuous circle that to leads mutual success. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will have previous experience within a similar position. You will have strong business acumen and commercial awareness. You will have demonstrable results within a customer service environment where you have managed a team. You will be someone who embraces and drives change.
