Overview
Vira International Ltd has a wide range of client companies in the hospitality industry, ranging from high street restaurant chains to independent award-winning restaurants as well as hotels. We specialize in recruiting experienced and qualified chefs and also provide immigration services for a large clientele within the hospitality sector. We are looking to recruit a receptionist/administrator to support our busy office and team of consultants. First impressions count and the right applicant will need to ensure that all visitors are dealt with in a professional yet friendly manner. This person will need to be a proactive, self-starter willing to assist clients being the first port of call . This role is also pivotal for the team so we are looking for someone who has a GSH and fun character but also has the ability to keep a calm head and be a little flexible during busy periods. Duties include, but are not limited to: Reception Assisting the team of consultants with misc. projects as requested Answering phone calls, taking messages Meeting and greeting visitors Organizing and making refreshments for visitors and staff Picking up milk and client meal requests Setting up and tidying meeting rooms Maintaining the office filing system, both hard copies as well as electronic. Archiving in and out on a regular basis Preparing Invoices and writing Cheque for purchase invoices. Recording any incoming Cheque and paying the same in to the bank accompany clients to Home office for premium Visa applications. General Preparing and sending out post Opening and distributing/filing post Maintaining and ordering stationery and office supplies Managing and updating databases Proactively chasing outstanding invoices with clients Assist in other administrative tasks relating to recruiting Interested, apply now Role is Part-time but Full-time applicants also welcome.
