Accustomed to working in a varied role, you will be responsible for providing Operational, Commercial and Analytical support to both Internal Account Managers and External Customer's. This includes Access database system management and development, customer activity reporting and invoice validation, forecasting and gap analysis, customer spend and savings via bespoke Monthly Management Reporting Packs. The on-going review and maintenance of both Office Depot & Customer online ordering systems and its processes, plus the development and enhancement of service offering using the business tools available. You will create and process data, provide reports and execute all tasks to a high level of detail and accuracy, using your excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills. This role requires the ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines, as well as intermediate Excel and Access skills with prior experience of manipulating data to produce reports relating to departmental activities. Key duties and responsibilities of our Operational Support Executive: - Providing all operational support from within the Major Banking Team in terms of database system management - Customer activity reporting & invoicing validation, account management activity and forecasting customer spending and savings via the monthly MI pack - Electronic ordering system creation and maintenance - Process review and maintenance - Supporting general departmental operational activities. - Ensuring all reporting and changes are completed and effected within deadlines Skills and experience required to be our Operational Support Executive: - Excellent analytical and practical skills - Strong PC skills; Intermediate Excel a must, Access a benefit - SAP knowledge beneficial - The ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines - The ability to interpret data, to both external and internal customers - Attention to detail is of major importance Want to join our team?
