The role Following our latest Client win, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Avencia's Resourcing Team. This role is a part-time position allowing for flexible working arrangements. Whether working with our on-site Recruitment Business Partners, candidates, client HR stakeholders and suppliers, you will ensure all parties receive a best-in-class experience. In particular, you will have a direct impact on driving an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by ensuring that recruitment co-ordination is executed quickly and efficiently with a right first time approach. You will also interact with the relevant parties always ensuring that a high level of Customer Service is delivered. What's in it for you? What you'll do Working as part of Avencia's Client Services function supporting onsite Talent Acquisition Partner at key client Co-ordinating interviews and booking rooms through client's internal system. This will include liaising with hiring managers, Avencia's resourcing team and third party suppliers Managing client's current contractor population. Supporting with extension chasing and executing approved extensions Updating ATS system, liaising with Client and Onboarding team and updating the relevant client stakeholders where appropriate Co-ordination of new contract offers, inputting details of offer onto ATS and sending out new starter information Posting vacancies onto client's internal website and uploading vacancies to ATS when required How you'll do it You'll have a customer-centric approach and attention to detail in attitude and output With empathy for your customers (candidate/client/supplier) and enjoyment of being part of a team You'll take pride in ensuring that processes are followed and systems kept up to date You'll plan effectively in advance, without being fazed if tomorrow doesn't look like today You'll spot opportunities to improve process and approach, and make it happen Through articulate verbal and written communication, including MS Office By utilising previous experience as a Co-ordinator and support to Client facing teams
