iMultiply are delighted to be engaged on the role of an Accounts Assistant with a well-established business based in Fife. The role is paying a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum with additional benefits. You will be based in Fife working within their already talented finance team. They are once again growing due to further expansion giving the successful applicant ample opportunities for career development and growth. The Role The role of Accounts Assistant will report to the Financial Accountant. The successful individual will be involved in the accurate maintenance and management of the group mailbox, Bank reconciliations and assisting on both sides of the ledger. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to build efficient working relationships with a number of non-finance stakeholders within the organisation. On Offer The role of Accounts Assistant will offer a highly competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 including an excellent benefits package which includes pension, ample holidays and other great benefits. The offices are accessible via public transport with parking available onsite. You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties: Credit Control queries Assistance with Payroll Updating cashflows on excel Assisting with routine tasks with regards to receivable financing Reconciling of cash deliveries to sites and dealing with relevant queries. Creating online banking payments Bank reconciliations on various accounting packages predominantly Sage Balance sheet reconciliations To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate / analyse data. Ability to work to tight timescales and manage conflicting priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills.
