Overview
Due to expansion, the opportunity has arisen for Recruitment Consultants of all levels to join my client's global recruitment team in London You will be based at the company’s Central London Headquarters office. The successful Recruitment Consultants will be keen to join a growing company with a family ethos and eager to contribute to a results-oriented social environment. The ideal candidate will be: Self-motivated Emotionally Intelligent Keen to learn and progress their career Results-oriented A team player We are looking for experienced Consultants as well as Consultants without previous Recruitment Experience as you will be given full training and support. However, Consultants new to the industry will be able to demonstrate high achievement in a similar environment, preferably within a sales background / high-level degree. You will be working 360 or full-cycle Recruitment, working to find excellent candidates across the T echnology, Data, Digital and Financial markets , developing relationships, whilst also working hard to create new relationships. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive a basic of £23,000 - £45,000 per annum dependant on experience, a fantastic commission and reward structure (OTE £60K uncapped) , benefits such as private healthcare, pension and a generous holiday allowance. Additionally, they can offer excellent opportunities and support for progression from Consultant to Management and beyond.
