iMultiply are delighted to be engaged on the role of Management Accountant for a well-established and highly thought of organization based in Edinburgh City Centre. The role is paying a salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per annum with an excellent benefits package included. The Organisation This nationally recognized organization have over 20 sites across Scotland and help some of the most vulnerable members of our society. They pride themselves on professionalism and providing the highest quality holistic care possible for all service users. They are now looking to add a likeminded individual to their high calibre finance team, who can help them through this difficult time. The Role The role will report to the Senior Management Accountant. The successful individual will have experience of producing a full management accounts package for senior management; as well as being able to communicate all findings to relevant budget/stakeholders within the organisation. The successful individual will also work closely with. Other members of the finance team – providing supervision and support where necessary. On Offer The role of Management Accountant will offer a salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per annum alongside an excellent benefits package. The role is based in Edinburgh City Centre and is easily accessible via public transport links. You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties: Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant Preparation of monthly management accounts Preparation of draft budgets for Site Managers; as well as providing guidance and interpreting in layman’s terms Preparation of statutory and other financial returns i.e. VAT, Gift Aid etc. Preparation of Cashflow projections Assisting in the preparation of draft year-end accounts Other Ad Hoc finance related duties To be considered for this opportunity you must: Have a minimum of 3 years’ accountancy experience Be a Part-Qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) Be highly proficient on accountancy software package(s) e.g. Sage Accounting Be highly proficient on MS Excel i.e. pivot tables, vlookups etc. Have exemplary communication and relationship building skills (essential) If you are interested in finding out more about this opportunity, please get in touch with Jack Ramage for a private and confidential discussion.
