Overview
Up to £26,000 plus benefits IFA Administrator required by a highly successful professional practice who provide a personal, independent and bespoke wealth management service to HNW clients. Due to continued growth they require an experienced administrator to support the Paraplanners and Financial Planners within the business. You will work across the full range of financial services including Pensions, Investments and Protection. Responsibilities include managing the letters of authority process, valuations, chasing providers for outstanding documentation, processing new business, basic report writing, liaising with clients, preparation for client meetings, compliance, data base management and general administration duties. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an IFA environment Knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Protection products Excellent communication skills both written and verbal To find out more contact Paula Thornbury
