Overview
This is a challenging new position for a technical Software Implementation Consultant to join an energetic company who are a world leader in developing cutting edge cross platform applications for the global utility sector. The main focus of this role is to assist customers to implement the company’s software products in varied technical environments. The person in this role will also be required to:- Perform software product configuration to ensure the product meets customer business practices Provide technical support to all projects on a day-to-day basis Liaise with customers either on or off site Analyse and document customer business processes to agree acceptance criteria As this is very much a technical position, interested individuals should have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience of at least one of the following technologies:- Spring Boot, Jboss, Cloud Foundry Google Cloud, Azure, AWS Jira, GitHub, BitBucket Knowledge of Agile methodologies would also be an advantage.
