Overview

Support Service Operator, temp to perm, New Milton To be the key focal point for all Customer interactions within the NRS Healthcare and general monitoring service, including staff, managers, residents and next of kin contacts. To deliver first class customer service by making outgoing Reassurance calls and answering incoming calls promptly, Your new role: To be an ambassador for my client an the company, by delivering the highest levels of customer service Data Input to an Accurate and high standard Dealing with and responding appropriately to customer queries within expected timeframes Providing 1st stage resolution wherever possible to all customer enquiries Handling incoming complaints and enquiries through to full investigation Acknowledging, responding and owning all enquires through to final resolution Escalating where required to ensure all corrective actions are taken Maintaining the complaints management platform at all times to ensure accuracy Providing reports as requested by the management team Assisting with ad hoc projects and administration as and when required What you will need : GCSE Grades A-C of equivalent Experience working in a customer service role A strong background in administration including business writing skills Previous complaints handling experience is desirable Enjoys a busy office environment Ability to work under pressure Reliable Appetite to learn new skills To use initiative in problem solving Self-motivated team player Friendly manner with positive attitude Ability to communicate with people at all levels Flexible approach to multitasking Clear, polite and empathetic telephone manner Ability to handle queries effectively Good Communication & listening skills (verbal & written) Attention to detail Ability to take ownership of complaints and enquiries and deliver resolution in line with company standards and Service Level Agreements Salary : starting at £18,500 rising to £19,500 after successful completion of probation (6 months) Hours : 35 Hours per week ( this will be shift patterns however the shifts have not yet been confirmed therefore they need to be flexible from 8am-8pm - Monday to Sunday). Shift rota can be discussed further on request. This is a two month temp role but for the right candidate there is the opportunity to go permanent.
