Our founders & directors have diverse backgrounds ranging from running music festivals to restaurants. We have each comfortably billed 6 figures year on year whilst maintaining enviable lifestyles, comprising learning Portuguese in Brazil, Surfing in South Asia and Muay Thai in Thailand among others. We have proven that you can bill big whilst pursuing your passions and managing your day the way that best works for you. We work hard but we don’t believe in being chained to your desk for 10 consecutive hours. Our Clients We are seeking a hunter who can maximise our ongoing business with our existing clients, whilst also bringing on new business. Our book of clients is largely focused on Tech Start-Ups / Scale-Ups. Our clients range from a Series C Start-up ($100M investment thus far) that plugs into live music, live sport & travel, with offices across North America, London and Europe, to the largest football media network in the world to a Series B Fin Tech Start-up headquartered in NYC who most recently raised $40M and are growing rapidly across the US, Sydney and London. Requirements - Hunter. You will have billed a minimum of £100K in a calendar year, with demonstrable success of bringing on your own clients - Experience. At least 12 months of 360 recruitment experience - Hustler. Entrepreneurial mind-set - you are hungry for success and constantly seeking new opportunities to maximise - Self-starter. Ability to work on your own time without micro-management. The caveat with this level of freedom is that we have a focus on results - Strong work ethic. Salary & Commission We offer above and beyond the industry standard: Base: £30-45K base (depending on experience level) Commission: 20-25% (with further bonuses if you can smash your targets) Fundamentally, we are seeking hunters. If you are someone who is only interested in billing then that is great.
