Care Home General Manager
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. As General Manager of a care home, you’ll deliver the high quality, person-centred care that helps set the company apart. You can expect to lead your team, balance budgets, set out marketing strategies and spend time with residents. With both clinical and commercial autonomy, you’ll make sure everyone in your team is motivated to deliver the quality care and support their residents deserve. As a General Manager, you’ll receive excellent divisional support alongside plenty of opportunities for continual professional development, all within an engaging and fulfilling environment. You’ll need to be a Registered Manager (RM), or be willing to work towards RM status with our support. This senior role calls for a blend of compassion, resilience and exceptional management skills. You should have a forward-thinking approach and the confidence to communicate with and inspire colleagues at all levels. Meanwhile, your proven track record in running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home will be complemented by your commitment to deliver first-class care.
