Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Salisbury, Romsey and Whiteparish as a Care Assistant or as we like to call you CAREGiver . As a Home Instead CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to join our team. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. At Home Instead Senior Care we provide award winning home care, companionship and personal care of the highest quality, so our clients can remain independent in their own homes. The role of CAREGiver is highly rewarding and we offer a choice of working pattern, award winning training and great rates of pay above the Living Wage with benefits. Due to growth we are looking to expand our team in Salisbury, Romsey and Whiteparish and are looking for: Compassionate reliable and genuinely caring individuals to work locally Care Assistants to support our clients, specifically at weekends and evenings Individuals who want to make a real difference to the lives of senior people in their community For the right CAREGiver we offer excellent support and benefits: Care visits of one hour or more for you to care without feeling rushed Fixed working pattern, guaranteed income (average hour contract) Hourly rate 10 weekday, 11.50 weekend Petrol Allowance Pension Scheme Well-being Benefit Scheme Additional Information As a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.
