Overview
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - London - To £58,500 Package Career progression and up to 53 days leave. How does that sound? Are you frustrated that promotion within your current practice is linked to longevity rather than ability? Working closely with the Mechanical Associate who's been fast tracked from Senior to Associate in under two years, you'll be expected to follow a similar path. And as promotions are based on ability you'll be able to step up into an Associate as soon as you are ready. You'll enjoy working on £25 - £150M projects such as new build offices, hotels and major new build mixed-use developments in London. In addition to 33 days leave, pension, life assurance and flexible working hours you can buy an additional 20 days leave; ensuring you enjoy the right balance between work and well-being. You'll probably be the type of person who thrives in a busy environment, who is used to leading projects and managing three or four live projects at a time. With previous experience as a Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer, you'll be familiar with HVAC Design, assisting with fee bids and resource planning and can lead client and design team meetings.
