Overview
Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator looking for an opportunity with a brilliant and well-known international consultancy? Our client is a massive multidisciplinary consultancy spanning all of the continents. They pride themselves on working on some of the most well documented and prestigious projects in the business as well as creating some of the most technically capable professionals within the industry. They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-versed BIM Coordinator to come into their Central London office. This is a brilliant opportunity for the right individual to really diversify their project experience and work a long side a multitude of different professionals in the built environment. Allowing you to work in a truly multidisciplinary fashion. You will have to have an appreciation for other disciplines and comfortable liaising across teams. To be considered for the role you will have to have exemplary experience of using BIM applications. You will ideally come from a MEP or Multidisciplinary Consultancy and will have an excellent understanding of coordination between MEP Systems. MEP BIM Coordinator Requirements: Educated to HNC or equivalent Minimum of 4 years' experience within the building services industry Ideally a masters in BIM Management Experience managing teams an excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP with proven experience, ideally having worked on major design projects. Complimentary experience of Autodesk AutoCAD and/or MicroStation would also be beneficial as would hands on use of Navisworks and EDMS tools. A thorough understanding and ability to communicate the aspirations and principles of BIM. A robust knowledge of Building Services design and experience of services full co-ordination. Ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to plan strategically, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way to support the needs of the business. Demonstrable experience providing and manage a BIM service to external customers Organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks Excellent time and cost management skills in order to plan and achieve delivery to the desired quality to exceed customer expectations If you would be keen to get your foot in the door of this fantastic consultancy as a BIM Coordinator, then get in touch now.
