Recruitment could be the right opportunity My client is looking to hire Trainee Recruitment Consultants, either a Graduate or someone of Graduate calibre who is driven and sales focused, to join our highly successful Recruitment business My client was established in 2000, with offices spanning the UK and US, working with world class clients across the IT, Digital, Finance and HR sectors. We provide thorough training, offer incentives including cash prizes and fully expensed holidays to destinations including Vegas and Ibiza and a market leading commission structure reaching up to 40% They are hiring for our next Trainee Recruitment Consultants who will grow and develop their careers with us and become our next top billers Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: • As a Trainee you will initially be responsible for finding the best candidates in the market and qualifying them against relevant job roles • You will be posting adverts, networking, headhunting and screening candidates both over the phone and during face to face meetings • Your training will then grow into client based training, involving cold calling, business development and account management • Our Recruiters will then manage interview processes from start to finish until you place a candidate in a role and earn yourself some commission Our Recruiters are: • Ambitious • Confident • Financially driven • Self-motivated • Goal orientated • Relationship building focussed • Credible and professional We don't need you to have any prior experience or qualifications, just any of the above traits and the motivation to earn yourself lots of money Please apply below, or if you have any questions.
