Overview

The Role Whether it’s a nurse in Shanghai or a mental health specialist in Plymouth, our product support specialists provide exceptional support to our users. In this role, you will be providing support to our customers across the world and helping them to give the best care to their patients. You will collaborate with other teams and work closely with NHS and government leaders to solve complicated customer issues with your understanding of our technology. You will represent the voice of the clinicians and administrative staff that use our system by providing insights, feedback and analysis to other teams. You will also play a key role in managing the launch of innovative products and updates to enhance our system. Your career will progress rapidly in this role. Our product support specialists are frequently involved in key meetings with senior NHS leaders and have plenty of opportunities to travel internationally.
