Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Supervisor/Team Leader to join our client, a market leading property services organisation at their offices in Glasgow. Joining them as they enter an exciting period of growth, the successful candidate will oversee the daily running of a small Helpdesk & Planning Team, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are provided within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Duties will include: Managing a small team, responsible for overseeing daily activities and implementation of KPI’s and SLA targets Acting as a key point of escalation, handling escalated complaints and queries Identifying training requirements and conducting relevant training Building relationships with key clients and external stakeholders The successful candidate will: Have experience managing a small team and be looking to take the next step in their career Experience within a Helpdesk environment is desirable but not essential.
