Production Supervisor

Lusona are working with a well know production business who need to recruit a Production Team Leader, to support the business in a period of expansion. The Production Team Leader will be responsible for motivating and managing their team to achieve the daily and weekly productions plans. Responsibilities of the role will include; Managing the performance of the team and ensure they are clearly focussed on the daily objectives/KPI’s Ensure that daily KPI’s and Yield targets are achieved Measure, record and analyse key outputs of the team on a real time basis Take a pro-active approach to driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the team and production area Develop the team through mentoring, coaching and training Completion of reports – weekly & daily Ensure a safe working environment Knowledge and experience required for the role; Proven experience of working in Production as a Team Leader/Manager a fast-paced production company (ideally food or drink production) Passionate about the delivery and target achievement Proven experience of building successful teams through mentoring and coaching Experience of working to KPI’s and Yield targets Strong numerical and PC Skills This is genuinely an exciting time to join this growing site and play an integral part of the success of the site
