It is part of a financial planning organisation with thousands of financial advisers. And they will recommend you and your specialist knowledge to their clients. You'll enjoy conversion rates of 60-75%. A steady flow of quality leads. And a proven track record of support. Whilst a trainee role you'll need a steady work history. You'll need to have a telephone sales/customer service background. And your background will be insurance/financial services related (broker, bank, provider etc). With ambitious plans in place, you'll have the opportunity to develop. You'll receive a basic salary of up to £24,000 and bonus of up to 27.5% of your salary. And get the chance to advise, not sell.
