Overview
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to develop their career by working at one of the UK’s leading protection specialists. Job Description: Provide high quality telephone-based advice to clients Keeping abreast of product and market changes to ensure clients always receive the best possible advice Work closely with colleagues within the advice team to co-ordinate knowledge and share ideas Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent client outcomes Achieve set business levels and all enquiries are in-bound, no cold calling or lead generation is required Person Specification: Previous experience within the protection sector is useful but not essential as full training will be given Ideally already be RO1 and RO5 qualified, however if not full support to pass these exams within 3 months of joining is provided An excellent communicator. Customer focused, results orientated and positive Self-motivated and have the drive to succeed in this rewarding and fast paced environment Able to demonstrate previous sales performance success Organised and methodical After 18 months within this role, you can be earning around £48k. You may choose to continue your career as a specialist protection adviser or you may have management opportunity or the chance to be supported within the group to acquire the full diploma in financial planning and work towards becoming a wealth management consultant dealing with pensions and investments. Additional Information: Based in Reigate £23,000 - £26,000, raising to £27,000 after probationary period Bonuses, OTE £30,000 Bonuses of up to 60% of your salary (Including bonuses our advisers earn between £30,000 and £48,000 per year) Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm or 11am - 7pm.
