Corporate Recovery Surveyor
Overview
1 st Select are recruiting on behalf a leading consultancy for a surveyor to join their Corporate Recovery division. The division has seen an uplift in work load and is predicting a large and rapid expansion to it cases. This role involves advising banks, loan servicers, insolvency practitioners and restructuring professionals involved with regard to their stressed and distressed real estate assets across all property sectors (commercial, leisure, retail and residential) across the UK. • Coordinating Fixed Charge Receiverships from initial appointment through to actively asset managing the assets and disposing of them to achieve best value. • Working closely with other departments within the company to establish forward strategies and compile advice to present to clients. • Devising and implementing short/long-term marketing strategies and liaised closely with both investment and letting agents during the marketing process. • Reporting to clients on relevant ongoing issues such as legal matters, property management, asset management and marketing • Producing pitch documentation for new business opportunities For more information on this role please contact Simon Norris simon.norris1stselect.co.uk
