Packing Team Supervisor Photocentric Ltd based in Peterborough and the US is an award-winning manufacturer of 3D printers, resins and craft stamps. We offer a great friendly and working environment, Monday to Friday, day shift only, 40 hours a week, flexibility required and optional paid overtime. This is an exciting opportunity for a Packing Team Supervisor to manage a team of 15-20 people in the light packing area. This role would suit a hardworking, energic team leader who can lead and motivate a busy team. Main Responsibilities of our Packing Team Supervisor include: - Fully manage a large team of stamp packers sitting in groups - Forecast and schedule daily workload for each team member in the stamp packing area ensuring the ratios of staff to workload are met - Resolving product problems and complaints. - Consistently monitoring quality control - Monitor performance output - Updating and keeping to the SOPs - Communicating with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the team and deadlines are met - Performance management of the staff, carrying out appraisals and disciplinaries when required Experience and skills required of our Packing Team Supervisor : - Proven experience of managing a team in a manufacturer, warehouse or distribution environment - At least two years supervisory experience - Hardworking, dedicated and a natural leader - Experience of carryout appraisals, performance management and disciplinaries - Can motivate staff with the ability to deal with conflict - A fantastic communicator who can ideally communicate in both Polish and English If you would like to join our growing team and feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to become our Packing Team Supervisor please click ‘apply’ now We would love to hear from you.
