Customer Service Executive / Account Manager | Burnley | upto £23,000 Our client is a highly innovative manufacturing business, where they are looking to strengthen their Customer Service / Account Manager team with an extremely tenacious Customer Relationship Executive / Account Manager, to work within their Customer Service Team. The core purpose of this role is to ensure the best service levels are provided to each customer, by working closely with the Sales Team towards agreed targets. It is paramount that a high level of customer care is given, by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Key area's of responsibility and capability: Daily liaison with customers and internal teams with regards to sales orders, pricing and account queries Manage customer requirements / forecasts via weekly agreed customer conference call slots Maintaining and updating stock sheet management Aged Stock management and reporting Provide monthly anticipated Sales information / data Responsible for Artwork Approvals Raising Purchase Order requests Manage organic account growth through proactive customer contact Supporting the Sales managers providing account updates through fact finding Maintaining regular contact with customers regarding new product developments Attend customer visits where required Leading regular account reviews with the Sales Managers Complaint handling Daily liaison with colleagues across the business to ensure all objectives are met Customer Relationship Executive / Account Manager requirements: Previous experience within a sales support / sales / Account manager position 'First class' customer service skills Someone who can build, develop & maintain strong customer relationship Good negotiations skills Previously worked with in Manufacturing sector or similar Must be able to Drive Please forward a copy of your CV for consideration
