Overview
PM Human Capital Solutions are currently working with an established and well respected top 100 US accounting firm that has an office in Central London, the firm work with mainly music, sports and entertainment clients along with high net worth individuals. Due to a member of staff relocating overseas we are looking to hire a Trust Manager / Assistant Manager to join their Tax team. As a Trust Manager / Assistant Manager you will be providing knowledge and experience on non-domicile, residency matters, remittance basis issues and double tax treaty interpretations. Experience of working on trust matters both in the UK and overseas with an appreciation of the technical provisions of transfer of assets abroad, s86/87 TCGA and other tax legislative points pertaining to trusts is essential. You will have good IHT knowledge and experience of IHT planning for client along with preparing trust tax returns. STEP qualification along with drafting legal documentation experience desirable.
