Pulse Nursing have a fantastic opportunity for a compliance officer to join our bubbly and busy team team here in Manchester What you will be doing; Working closely with the Compliance leader, you’ll ensure candidates file records are kept up to date and confidential. Proactively manage the candidate database, ensuring that candidate compliance is managed and maintained and that the lapsed candidates are within set KPI guidelines. Provide assistance to the Senior Compliance Officer/team leaders in the day to day maintenance of files. Administrative processes include, but not limited to, sending, receiving and processing of candidate documents which include: Proof of ID checks, Eligibility to work, DBS checks,Training re-check, certificate verification, Appraisals, Coordination of Training Days, Professional Registrations Undertake regular reviews of candidate files to ensure that all appropriate information is maintained and up to date Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate What you will have; Previous experience in a compliance role or similar A keen eye for detail A passion for people Great customer service Determination and drive to succeed What we can offer you Salary: £18,000 dependent on experience, as well as the opportunity to earn financial bonuses OTE.
