Customer Service Advisors

If so, we want to speak with you Our successful Client, based in Atherstone, are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team on a temporary to permanent basis. Immediate interviews are available and successful candidates will be required to start ASAP Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and the pay is £9.75 per hour. Duties: Handling inbound calls in a professional manner Providing customers with accurate product and pricing information Assisting with customer queries in a timely manner Ensuring that customers are aware of necessary paperwork and any special instructions Communicating shipments statuses from the track and trace system Delivering a high level of customer service at all times Requirements: Previous experience within a customer service environment Must be available immediately Ability to work to targets and deadlines Excellent telephone manner Package: £9.75 per hour Opportunity of a permanent position Free car parking Modern office environment Please do not delay in applying, as immediate interviews and starts are available.
